Counselling is a means of confiding into someone where there are few others to confide in, especially on difficult matters in one’s Life and being able to find new Strength, Confidence and renewed approach to Life through this. It is also a chance to allow yourself to look “inwards”, psychologically speaking, with no limits!

Therapy helped me talk through the issues I was struggling with and, as a result, to look at them differently.
I also found time to look at the positive aspects of my life.

I see therapy as my “emotional filing system”, when I can look at a problem, make a decision and file it away, rather than being preoccupied by it for weeks.

My talks with Anna helped me to slow down and take a look at myself from a different angle, which allowed me to free myself from my usual behavioural patterns and to start listening to my true self. It was a very pleasant and encouraging discovery and I thank Anna for this change.
