What I can help with
I work with adults on a wide range of concerns, including:
Work stress and burnout
Relationship difficulties
Bereavement and loss
Trauma and difficult life events
Depression and low mood
Addictive behaviours
Feeling "stuck" or unfulfilled
Fees
Individual sessions: £120 per 50-minute session.
Payment is requested at the time of the session. 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
Confidentiality
London Everything discussed in our sessions is completely confidential.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist and work within the BACP Ethical Framework.
The only exceptions to confidentiality are the rare situations required by law, which I will explain during our first meeting.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to make the process as straightforward and comfortable as possible.
Get in touch by phone or email and we'll have a brief, confidential conversation about what brings you to counselling. There's no commitment at this stage — it's simply a chance to ask questions and see if we're a good fit.
If you'd like to go ahead, we'll arrange a first session. This is an initial hour where we explore what's happening in your life and what you're hoping to change. By the end, you'll be able to decide whether you'd like to continue, and in what format.
Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly at a regular time — the same day and time each week, a slot that's yours alone.
I offer both in-person sessions at my consulting room near Tottenham Court Road (Nassau Street, W1W 7AF) and online sessions via video call.
Counselling doesn't have to last for months or years. Some clients work with me short-term on a specific issue; others choose longer-term work to explore deeper patterns. We'll agree on an approach that suits your needs.
