Before starting antideperssants, you might want to try supplementing with L-tyrosine. It worked for me as well as for many of my clients. If you are feeling tired, lacking in motivation and apathetic, this might be the supplement for you.
Supplementing with tyrosine is thought to increase levels of the neurotransmitters dopamine, adrenaline and norepinephrine. By increasing these neurotransmitters, it may help improve memory and performance in stressful situations.
